From an Amazing 2025 to an Even Brighter 2026

As we step into a new year, we can’t help but pause and look back on what an incredible year 2025 was at LE3. This past year was filled with laughter, milestones, celebrations, and moments that reminded us just how special our community truly is.

From magical events and meaningful partnerships to staff celebrations and student growth, 2025 was a year we will always cherish.

Celebrating 10 Years of LE3

One of the most meaningful moments of the year was celebrating 10 years of LE3 in September. Reaching this milestone filled us with immense pride and gratitude as we reflected on how far we’ve come together.

Over the past decade, LE3 has grown into a place rooted in trust, learning, and love and none of it would have been possible without the incredible families, staff, and students who have been part of our journey.

Celebrating ten years wasn’t just about looking back; it was about honoring the community

that continues to make LE3 what it is today. To make the celebration extra special, all of our students joined in by throwing a birthday party for Mr. Cranium, our beloved company logo!

From decorations to excitement, it was a fun, meaningful way for our students to be part of such an important milestone and a perfect reflection of the joy and heart behind LE3.

A Magical Visit from Moana

One of the most exciting highlights of the year was welcoming Moana to LE3 in April! The joy and excitement were truly contagious as the kids danced and sang along during a special performance.

We enjoyed tropical-themed snacks and refreshments, and hands-on activities like Kakamora bowling, pineapple ring toss, and a shell-decorating station. Watching the kids light up as they danced with Moana and jumped into every activity was a moment we’ll never forget.

Special Guests & Unforgettable Experiences

Throughout the year, we were so lucky to welcome a variety of special guests who brought learning, excitement, and smiles into our classrooms.

From the Easter Bunny and WOW Party Buffalo’s Bubble Show to Nickel City Reptiles, Emmalee's Memories, The Calm Coalition Yoga, the Easter Bunny Mrs. Claus, and Jim the Balloon Guy, each visit created magical moments full of curiosity, laughter, and joy that our students will remember.

Fall Fun & a Trunk or Treat to Remember

Our Halloween Trunk or Treat completely blew us away this year! The turnout was incredible, and seeing so many families come together for a night of costumes, laughter, and fun was truly heartwarming.

Capturing Family Memories

We loved hosting a family photography event that brought together our families and local partners. With yummy breakfast items and hot cocoa from HIVE 716 and beautiful photos captured by Brianna Cloutier Photography, the morning was filled with warmth, smiles, and meaningful moments.

Supporting local businesses while creating lasting memories for our families is something we’re especially proud of.

Celebrating the Heart of LE3 — Our Staff!

Our staff truly are the heart of LE3, and 2025 gave us so many reasons to celebrate them.

We celebrated staff birthdays, work anniversaries, life changes, and internal promotions, and we also shared heartfelt well wishes with long-time team members as they moved on to new chapters.

Each milestone reminded us how lucky we are to have such a dedicated, caring, and passionate team shaping our classrooms every day!

Watching Our Students Grow

Above all else, the greatest joy of 2025 was watching our students grow. From first steps

and first foods to new friendships and big accomplishments, every milestone (no matter how small) meant everything to us.

Seeing our students become confident, curious, and happy learners is the reason we do what we do, and it never gets old!

Looking Ahead with Full Hearts
