Registration Information
Each request is manually reviewed and approved, so approval is not immediate. Please allow 3 to 5 days for a response, as our small office supports multiple locations.
Submitting an enrollment request form does not guarantee a spot. Families are accepted in the order requests are received, and when needed, an enrollment queue is created based on that same order.
We do our best to accommodate every family, however our Academy locations are licensed daycare programs and must follow strict capacity limits.
We have open enrollment so long as there is availability. There are two program periods with LE3 when the curriculum, programming, and staffing will change:
School Year (September-June)
Summer Camp (July-August)
*When you enroll, it will be for the 12 months of:
September through August
You MAY request a leave of absence at any point in your contract.
Each family has a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot with ANY LE3 Program.
Our Programming is billed ONE WEEK in advance to allow for flexible budgeting and smaller payments.
We offer contracted and drop-in options for families to meet all work scheduling needs.
There is no weekly minimum; you can enroll for one day per week if you would like.
Based on your enrollment, we provide a certain amount of free absence days per year.
Families enrolling in Monday-Friday programming do received priority on their enrollment.
