Registration

Each application is manually reviewed and approved, and you will not receive instant approval.

Please allow 3-5 days for a response in the application, as we are a small office working through multiple locations.

Just because you complete a registration form does not guarantee a spot. We accept students in the order that the forms are received and build a waitlist based on the same information. 

We try very hard not to have a waitlist, but our Academy locations are licensed daycares, and we must follow strict capacity limits.

We have open enrollment so long as there is availability. There are two program periods with LE3 when the curriculum, programming, and staffing will change: 
School Year (September-June)
Summer Camp (July-August)

*When you enroll, it will be for the 12 months of:
September through August
You MAY request a leave of absence at any point in your contract.

Each family has a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot with ANY LE3 Program.

Our Programming is billed ONE WEEK in advance to allow for flexible budgeting and smaller payments.

We offer contracted and drop-in options for families to meet all work scheduling needs.

​

There is no weekly minimum; you can enroll for one day per week if you would like. 

Based on your enrollment, we provide a certain amount of free absence days per year. ​

Families enrolling in Monday-Friday programming do received priority on their enrollment.
