A Spooktacular Night to Remember: LE3's 2025 Trunk or Treat & BOOlognese Dinner RECAP

There are some nights that remind us exactly why we love what we do — and this was one

of them. Our Trunk or Treat & BOOlognese Dinner was an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, community spirit, and all the best parts of fall. Over 100 families joined us for an evening packed with festive trunks, family-friendly games, delicious food, and of course, plenty of candy!

Trunks That Turned Heads

Our parking lot was completely transformed with over 25 awesome trunks thanks to our incredible trunk hosts. Each one brought something unique and creative, and many even dressed up to match their theme. Some of the amazing trunks included:

• A hilarious Crazy Cat Lady trunk

• A roaring Jurassic Park adventure

• A super fun clown CARnival

• A classic Toy Story display

• A magical Wizard of Oz setup

• An adorable Stitch theme

• A cute Five Little Monkeys trunk

Many trunks featured interactive games where kids could win extra candy or small prizes. The creativity and excitement were contagious, and it was clear that every participant put their heart into making the event special.

Costumes, Candy, and Contests

Our guests showed up ready to celebrate in style. We saw Smurfs, postal workers, cows, aliens, Spiderman, and so many more clever and creative costumes.

After much deliberation, our judges crowned The Five Little Monkeys as this year’s Costume Contest winners. Their matching costumes and themed trunk stole the show. The winners received a week of free tuition and a Halloween prize basket filled with treats.

Dinner, Games, and Good Times

Once the trick-or-treating wrapped up, families headed inside to enjoy a warm and delicious dinner prepared by HIVE716. The menu included pasta with red sauce, buttered noodles, and of course, our signature BOOlognese, along with breadsticks, a spooky and beautifully arranged charcuterie board, and crowd favorites like pigs in a blanket.

Dessert was just as impressive, featuring cupcakes, cake pops, Rice Krispie treats, and cookies that disappeared almost as quickly as they were set out.

After dinner, families enjoyed a variety of games including Mummy Bowling, a Photo BOOth, Pumpkin Ring Toss, and a Jack-o’-Lantern Bean Bag Toss. The sounds of laughter and friendly competition filled the room, making it a truly joyful evening.

Raffles and Community Generosity

Our raffle table was overflowing with incredible prizes, all made possible by the generosity of local businesses and community members.

Winners took home:

• A Standard Princess Party Package from Emmalee’s Memories

• Two gift certificates for Perry’s Ice Cream

• Four wine tasting gift certificates fro m A Gust of Sun Winery

• A 30-minute photo session from Brianna Cloutier Photography

• Two certificates for a free dozen donuts from Paula’s Donuts

• A $50 gift card to Rolly Pollies

• Several beautifully made raffle baskets created by community members

  
  

The raffle added a wonderful element of excitement to the night, and our winners were thrilled to take home their prizes!

A Heartfelt Thank You

We want to extend our deepest thanks to everyone who made this event possible — our volunteers, sponsors, and the families who joined us to celebrate. Events like this take time and teamwork, and we are so grateful to be surrounded by a community that shows up with enthusiasm and generosity year after year.

We are still smiling thinking about the night — the creativity of the trunks, the delicious food, the laughter during the games, and the sense of community that filled the air. It was an evening that captured everything we love about fall at LE3.
