How To Use My Account.

Once logged into your account, your home page should look like this. If you have multiple students in the program they will each have their own profile to order.

Each child will have a purple add balance button. 

If you owe money to LE3 for items not pre-ordered your balance will show negative.

Meals can be ordered online ahead of time. 

Note you must order each child's lunch and add on's separately

When you add in students food allergies you will be notified of what meals we recommend your child should not eat.

If you add money to your account you will see a positive balance to be used for future items.

How Can I Pay My Bill?

The purple "Add Lunch Balance" button allows you to add money to your account AND pay your balance. See the steps below to guide you through how to pay your negative balance.

Step 1: 

Click Add Lunch Balance.

Step 2:

Put in the amount you would like to pay. 

*You can pay the balance OR overpay to leave a credit on the account.

Step 3:

Click Pay With Card to make an online payment. 

If you would like to pay cash or check you can send it into school or mail it to our main office.

Step 4:

After entering in your information, confirm your payment and you are all set.

Commonly Asked Questions

How do I log in from a non-registered device?

  • Please use the registration email received on the new device. OR login at Meal Manage to access your parent dashboard. 
     

  • Make sure to use the same email address that was provided during registration. 
     

  • With each new device, you will have to go through the OTP authentication process to activate the device. 

Is the payment process secured?

  • Yes. The payment processing matches industry-standard PCI compliance. Your secured payment information is not stored by Meal Manage.

Do I have to pre-order my meals and additional items?

  • No. Your child (ren) can still order lunch, snacks, extra milk, etc. the day of. 

  • Each classroom teacher takes a tally of students who require lunch and additional items for the day. 

    • These requests are added to our preordered items for the day. ​

    • Any items that were added on will be updated in your Meal Manage balance the following week. 

  • Preordered meals that students end up not eating will be credited back to your account the following week. 

How do I reset my password?

  • There is no password to remember. 

  • As long as you log in to the application using a device that you registered you will be brought right to your parent dashboard. 

Can I edit my order once I have submitted it?

  • Yes, lunch orders can be edited by guardians until the ordering cut-off date and time. 

  • The cut-off time is 9:00 am each morning.

  • If you forget to make a change that is no problem. Your child (ren) can still order the morning of with their teacher. 

  • Preordered items will be adjusted the following week during billing. 

What if I do not want to use this system?

  • At this time, we are not switching back to our old systems. 

  • This new system allows LE3 to streamline our meals. With this system, we are able to offer three different meals per day. ​​

  • We would not be able to offer as much daily meal and snack options without this system. 

  • If you do not want to order through the portal, your child can ALWAYS order with their teacher each morning. 

  • All billing WILL take place through Meal Manage.
